SHIPPING

 

Our work is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for most pieces to be made and shipped. However, we do carry a rotating selection of in stock pieces. Items listed in our Ready to Ship section are in stock and will leave our studio within about 3 business days. Need something in a hurry? Email us and we'll do our very best to accommodate. 

We ship via USPS and offer free shipping via First Class Mail on all US orders valued over $75. (Fine jewelry valued over $350 ships via FedEx ground with signature confirmation.) You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your order leaves our studio. Please contact us if you require a rush order, or any other special shipping arrangements. 

International Customers: Please be sure to read and understand our international shipping policies here before placing your order.  

NEED IT GIFT WRAPPED?

In an effort to reduce waste, we package all orders in simple glassine envelopes, but are happy to gift wrap and/or add a short gift note, free of charge. Should you require either gift wrap or a note, please let us know in the 'Add Note To Order' box in your shopping cart and we'll get it sorted. 

RETURNS

You may return or exchange your unworn jewelry within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for instructions on how to complete your return or exchange. Sample sale, discontinued pieces, and custom orders are all final sale and not eligible for return.
