SHIPPING

Items listed in our Ready to Ship section are in stock and will ship within 3 business days of ordering.

All other items, as noted, are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship out of our studio. (but will usually ship sooner). Should you need your jewelry with a little more haste, please be sure to contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to get you sorted. 

Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, and you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order goes out. You can expect your order to arrive about 3-5 days after receiving shipment notification. Please note that we are not privy to any tracking information beyond that connected to your tracking number on the USPS website, and are not able to help track down lost or wayward packages. These concerns should be taken up with the USPS directly. Once a package tracks as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacement if it is stolen or missing. If you are concerned about the security of your delivery, please contact us to add signature confirmation to your order.  Please contact us if you have any other special shipping needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping for international orders is $14, orders are shipped via USPS First Class international, which usually takes about two weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time, and First Class International shipments can be difificult to track once they leave our studio. If you are concerned about tracking, please contact us to make other shipping arrangements.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes, and Tiro Tiro is not responsible for customs fees or taxes charged upon arrival. The recipient is solely responsible for all additional taxes and fees. If you are curious about the import taxes for your country, please be sure to inquire with your local post office about that rate, as we are not able to provide rate information for each country that we ship to. All orders will be marked as merchandise, and we will not mark items with a lower value to avoid customs fees. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns about international shipping, we're happy to work with you. 

RETURNS

We like what we make and we want you to like it too. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or less than wonderful in any way, returns need to made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending an item back to authorize a return. Items should be sent back in original condition, and include a note stating the reason for your return or exchange, as well as a return address. We can either issue a refund or exchange for another item. In the case of a refund, please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you. 
Items marked as FINAL SALE are just that, and cannot be returned. Final sale pieces will only be replaced/exchanged for a like item in the case that they are damaged in shipping.

On occasion, we offer sales or special discount codes. Please note that discount offers cannot be combined, are applicable to dates of sale only, and will not be applied retroactively to past orders, or extended to orders placed after a sale has concluded. Thank you for your understanding.
